Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our refund policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or cancellation.

WHEN CAN YOU CANCEL YOUR SERVICE?

If you have a major problem with any service offered by VAST SEA ADVERTISING or a minor problem that could not be resolved within a reasonable time, you have the right to cancel a service contract, at any time: provided with an unacceptable level of care and skill, not fit for the purpose you requested, not delivered within a reasonable time when there is no agreed completion date.

SERVICES THAT CANNOT BE CANCELLED:

You must pay for services you have received under a service contract that has performed as expected. You cannot cancel a service contract or get a refund if the problem was beyond VAST SEA ADVERTISING's control, or if you: changed your mind, insisted that a service be provided in a particular way, did not clearly explain your needs to VAST SEA ADVERTISING against VAST SEA ADVERTISING's advice, or did not clearly explain your needs to VAST SEA ADVERTISING.

CANCEL YOUR SERVICE:

If you have a problem with a service, follow the steps below:

Show proof of purchase with a receipt or bank statement.

Contact VAST SEA ADVERTISING at info@vastseadvetising.com, and explain the problem.

If VAST SEA ADVERTISING cannot fix the service within a reasonable time, the terms of the service contract will be negotiated.

IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE SERVICE AND THE SERVICE HAS ALREADY BEEN INITIATED OR DELIVERED, A REFUND WILL BE NEGOTIATED TO COVER THE FAILED SERVICES AND ANY PREPAYMENT.
